LYFYE operates a founder-led, pod based delivery model. Specialists are independent contractors and partner firms engaged per scope, not LYFYE employees, and we do not publish a bench headcount. Each engagement names its roles, deliverables, and evidence obligations in the agreement, with accountability through LYFYE leadership oversight.
